WOONSOCKET, RI | 2017 Chevrolet ExpressDecember 24, 2025Got my service done on my Chevrolet express van my heat and AC was not working properly I went to pick up my vehicle paid a lot of money for the service and when I got in my van put the heat on and it was same as I drop of the van then I had to wait another hour for them to try to fix it. They did something that he was working a little better but not quite what I was expecting so they told me I have to come back to make another appointment so they can work on it again, they had the vehicle there for three days.Response from Chevrolet Buick GMC of Attleboro

I submitted a request for service online and no one told me until I got there that you don't do one of the things I requested (inspection stickers). Would have been good to know ahead of time. Person I talked to at the desk was friendly and said they'd do the tire rotation and check the car over to make sure I was good for inspection elsewhere. Mechanic recommendations came back that I definitely needed new wipers--- I had just changed them the night before and so I knew that wasn't true. I was also told about needing at least one new tire and one other that might need to be replaced or fixed, it wasn't clear. Even the desk guy didn't understand and went to go back and ask. I still don't really know now--- it has screws in it but may or may not be leaking and may or may not be able to be fixed, or maybe it's fine. I also don't know which tire it is because it was noted before the rotation. The tire with the bubble that definitely needs fixing wasn't in stock and the quoted price was high so I left to check at Town Fair down the street. Half the price for the same tire, so I'm going there. Mostly I know I can't trust any of the recommendations because of the lie about the wipers. The desk guy apologized for all the confusion and said he didn't know why wipers were recommended if mine were new. 2 stars for that employee otherwise it would have been 1.
